Joule UK is committed to effective quality management at all levels within the organisation and by the operation of a quality system which satisfies, as a minimum, BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Top Management will work to achieve the requirements of Section 5 of the Standard.
We will also work to our customer and industry standards to be able to achieve:

We will carefully specify the requirements for both our suppliers and our services, which continually satisfy all applicable legal and regulatory requirements of quality, performance, safety, and reliability. We are committed to comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and the requirements of our primary, secondary customers and industry Standards.
We will continually work towards improving the effectiveness of our quality management system by constantly measuring customer satisfaction.
We will improve and maintain quality through a planned system of quality assurance management including audits which will cover every part of our activities.
We will provide our staff with the necessary education, training, and system support to enable them to, always, ensure we meet our business and customer requirements. It is also company policy that all employees shall demonstrate a full commitment to quality of workmanship and that only work of the highest quality standards ‑ commensurate with the specification of the work undertaken, shall be produced.
We will ensure that every member of staff and Management recognises their responsibility for quality management.
The Quality Policy and Quality Objectives are set and reviewed for continuing suitability during the regular Management Review meetings.
