BEN is an indoor heat pump that integrates ventilation, heating and domestic hot water into a compact all in one unit. The concept is designed to match the needs of a medium to small family house or apartment.
BEN’s patented air balance technology sets the ventilation flow rate specific to your home. It optimizes outdoor air intake so the heat pump matches your home’s heat loss demand.
BEN recovers heat from air leaving the home and uses it to provide heating and hot water. Depending on the installation, it can operate using indoor air only, or combine indoor and outdoor air to increase performance. Advanced controls automatically adjust output based on indoor and outdoor conditions, ensuring efficient operation all year round.

With a modular design, individual components can be easily accessed and replaced without changing the entire unit — helping extend system lifespan and minimise disruption.
